Any project set to the live status and actively accepting respondents. Drafts, test, paused, reconciled, invoiced and closed projects do not count toward your limit — so you only pay for what is in field.
It is the number of billable completes your account can collect per calendar month on your plan. Test completes never count. If you approach the cap we will flag it and help you move up a plan.

Monthly subscription billed securely via Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking). You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period.
