Any project set to the live status and actively accepting respondents. Drafts, test, paused, reconciled, invoiced and closed projects do not count toward your limit — so you only pay for what is in field.
It is the number of billable completes your account can collect per calendar month on your plan. Test completes never count. If you approach the cap we will flag it and help you move up a plan.
Yes. On Starter and above you can point your own domain (e.g. panel.youragency.com) at Panel Nexus, with automatic SSL. We give you the exact DNS records to add at your registrar.
Basic security (Starter) rejects duplicate respondent IDs and applies geo-location checks to screen respondents outside your target market. Advanced fraud prevention (Growth and above) adds duplicate IP detection and entry/return IP consistency checks — identifying respondents who may be using proxies, VPNs, or survey farms.
Monthly subscription billed securely via Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking). You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period.
